Mike, Keith, Amen.
Ps. We all form opinions based on our experiences. These often lead to folly but just as often they can steer us in a good direction as well. One of the reasons we have so little hard evidence on many of these matters is there are only a few studies on health and nutrition vs. the reams done on sickness. (as Keith mentioned) I must agree that testimonials are worthless when sources are narrow, but when they come from voluntary non commercial separate sources from all over the world,- well - Where there is smoke is there not often Fire?
