Dear Friends--A good example of this type of development is the property on W. Buffalo St. (between Meadow and Fulton) that was a abandoned auto parts store that is being reconstructed and expanded into a multiple unit apartment building. It includes an interior first floor room for the storage of bicycles, among other features. I am a member of the Conservation Advisory Council and we immediately approved this project, it being the type of development that we are looking for--appropriate densification with almost no environmental impact.
