I set myself an arbitrary deadline of 18th August, so it's overdue. It's being held up because I haven't got the OSX build working as well as it should yet. If you're using Windows you can use this unofficial build: <http://www.danielcassidy.me.uk/swfmill/swfmill-2009-08-19.zip>. Apart from the version number and documentation, it isn't much different from how the forthcoming 0.3.0 release will look. If you're using Linux you could bzr branch the latest trunk from lp:swfmill and compile it yourself, or I can do an unofficial source release if that would help you :).
