If you are invoking swfmill through the shell, there is no dynamic
linking. Your program and swfmill are running as separate programs.*

There is nothing to stop you making some kind of contribution to
swfmill, though.

about using GPL. It's unlikely that any one person can change swfmill's
licence or give you permission to use it.
