A few years ago, my cable suddenly stopped working. After calling them 4
days in a row (nothing worked, after all and I got plenty pissed after
using 56k for a day) and being told that it must be my machine as my
modem works perfectly, they finally figured that it actually had been
shutdown by THEM after all and went on to blame me for having allegedly
tried to DoS their DHCP servers...
To be fair, other than that my experiences with hispeed have been
predominantly good. But don't get me started about digitalphone...
