Hi, one of the most sophisticated Country to IP Databases i know of is at http://ip.ludost.net
It even allows you to download the lists pre-formated in Cisco-ACLs, Iptables, apache .htaccess and a lot of other differerent formats. Afaik it's updated daily. Hope this helps. Cheers, Phippu
