Expecting significant changes to U.S. foreign
policy with regard to Cuba promptly after the
incoming administration takes power on January
20th seems unrealistic at best. It's not on the
incoming administration's long list of priorities.

the current U.S. administration redesignated
Cuba as a "state sponsor of terrorism" just 9
days before the end of that administration. So
that's an additional hurdle to overcome in
order to get Arnie Coro to come and speak at
