That looks a bit off. It's got an extra <ai> vowel class that isn't part
of the Inuktitut Cultural Institute's roman orthography. Mapping from
that class isn't problematic, but mapping to <Cai> syllable signs (where
C is any consonant) rather than <Ca>-<i> means generating signs that are
not part of the official orthography.
That transliteration system also omits the whole <ł-> or <&-> consonant
class. And it omits mention of <H>, though that shouldn't be
transliterated at all, just passed through, so perhaps it's not an error.
