seriously, there's much room for thing getting optimized...
The startpage needs >20sec. to load, usually I won't wait that long...
The Idea of the Site is good, but the design... Perhaps you should let
a designer have a look at it.
I personally don't like all that moving and blinking stuff, but thats
a matter of taste.
Regarding symfony, SERIOUSLY have a look at the comments from paolovas
and stefan.
