Comment #2 on issue 1487 by Toon.Verstraelen: fcode: print sympy
expressions as Fortran code
http://code.google.com/p/sympy/issues/detail?id=1487

This set of patches (including the original patch) is a more serious
implementation
of fcode. These are the choices made:

- fcode in the global name space
- NumberSymbol objects are formatted as real numbers
- Complex numbers are printed with the cmplx function.
- Something that is impossible in plain fortran raises NotImplementedError

Tests are included. Any comments are welcome.
