Yes, I started reading paper first(10 pages) and then shifted to thesis(100 
pages) to get acquainted with the terms used. In the paper solution was 
given for complex field and other general fields as well. I think first if 
we can implement for complex field we can move to others fields as well. 
Brief procedure involving 10 steps is given to solve the equation.

I would be glad if some one likes to discuss the concept of generalized 
exponent given over there.
