Hi, I have submitted a PR which implementes classes *CoordinateSystem* (Super class for remaining coordinate systems), *CartesianCoordinateSystem* and *SphericalCoordinateSystem* using Metric and Lamè coeffecients here <https://github.com/sympy/sympy/pull/12020#discussion_r95447535>.
