I propose a new sub-team named "client implementation". What does that
actually mean?

I think this actually means a team that lands code on the elm branch, and
incrementally uplifts into nightly as it goes. I think this team targets
implementing new authentication on existing sync, no storage innovation and
minimal surgical patches into the existing sync implementation.

The idea is to get to something we could actually ship on the new account
server as fast as we reasonably can. Whether we actually ship it is a decision
we can defer. I've set up a new repository on github that's a fork of mozilla
central, I've started creating milestones (1) and filing bugs (2).

Does this make anyone overly uncomfortable?
