Thanks for reporting: I've just fixed this ("mvn apache-rat:check" -> mvn
rat:check) in release-process.xml
I must revert on this: rat:check will invoke the old RAT Maven Plugin
[1], while parent ASF POM uses instead the new RAT Maven plugin [2].
I've tested this apache-rat:check and it works on my machine: any
problems running this elsewhere?
