I have been publishing feeds - 90859 Rotary Web NewI have been publishing the following two feeds - 90859 Rotary Web News - 90860 Rotary In Britain and Ireland since 2004-04-05.
Feed Validator passes them both as valid RSS feeds (1.0). They are scraped feeds (in the case of 90860 with the assistance of the web editor) are scraped once an hour. Syndic8 has a 'help' sign against Language: en (English) - why? The feed is generated in Britain, from an American source which quotes material from around the world. All I can count on is that it is in English. There are also 'help' signs against Metadata and Archivable which I understand to be optional. Are they required before a feed is approved? I am travelling to Chicago in 10 days for the Rotary International Centenary Convention where I hope to promote the newsfeeds and will be giving a talk on RSS to the Computer Users Fellowship.
