iCab operates quite tolarably with little RAM.

Absolutely true, but I still think the ideal system 6 browser should be 
at least compatible with the lowend    68000. They will have a very slow 
browser experience, but it will work.

A 68000 browser that can view all pages on the Web is impossible, but we 
should aim at being able to view at least a part of the web. Forget 
about java and fancy plugins.... What should be included? What is 
absolutely necessary?

It will be tough to browse on a 68000, but I think we should aim to make 
it possible with system 6.
