TFN has a developed a pattern of doing that. I have often wondered how people
who have a minor European season with nothing outstanding getting ranked in
the world period! Like Eddie, I wonder how the Polish guy got ranked #10 in
the 400.

I don't think they have a criteria sto begin with. They just make selections
and than make excuses for them later. I guess knowing "stats" does not make
for competent rankings.
