Because you were implying that GMU would not be able to do as good a job above the shoulders. Maybe that is true. Is there any empirical evidence in whatever field he was in at UM and whatever he is in at GMU? Somebody must have the answer to that question given how many conclusions are being drawn about his deal(s) from various and sundry armchairs. Martin D
