Yes it is different, however Burke Centre is a little different than other HOAs, since it's quite large at 5,700 housing units and a population of over 17,000, making it larger than many towns. I agree, but Burke Centre is definitely not just arbitrary lines drawn by others. I'm sure there are plenty of CDPs which aren't recognized in other ways, but many do align with USPS city names.
