Ok, I've a solution. I will change the word <species> with <animal>. animal_breeding=<animal>;<animal>;... Where in place of animal you must write the English common name of animal bred. This is simple and maintains consistency with animal_shelter and animal_boarding. If you want to specify the scientific name, you can add other tags like taxon=* or species=* or genus=*.
