Thanks all for you suggestions. "depot" is the closest for what we need although it's not only a depot for vehicles. It's also keeping various equipments required by municipalities (could be street furnitures, salting of roads, plants (winter), compost, etc). Btw, use simply "depot=*" instead of "depot:type=*". I don't understand this recent trend to add a ":type" suffix in subtags.
