Too few distinctions, too much confusion. And it has been already

I would be completely against merging these different values into one.
You see similar things that need to be combined, I see different tags
that convey that difference. Anyone consuming these data can combine
them if they want to or use the differences to show up what the mapper
intended. If they get merged the consumer has no choice.
