Can you show us a photo of the typical building? If it was a warehouse turned into a farm, then building=warehouse. If it is a building specifically made for vertical farming, then building=vertical_farm.

I chose building=commercial (535K uses) because it's a category that encompasses all of those variations yet is more specific than merely building=yes (838 million uses) .
