Almost every other mapper, apart from yourself, does not see an "off by x" problem here because almost every other mapper sees "lanes" as meaning car lanes only. Actually, it is a problem “right now” already, because all lanes= tagged with the “PJ lane count” are wrong and probably need a fixme applied to have a local mapper verify the correct count on the ground and fix them…
