 <%@ taglib prefix='c' uri='http://java.sun.com/jstl/core' %>
<%@ taglib prefix="fmt" uri="http://java.sun.com/jstl/fmt"; %>
  you won' t need to declare anyting in web.xml and no .tld anymore
