I just read the recent post about replacing balenaEtcher with Rufus in the
Windows install guide. However, something struck me as odd. The post mentioned
that "people who install Tails from macOS represent less than 10% of
installations nowadays."
My first question is simple. How exactly did Tails arrive at this figure
without telemetry?
However, that's not the only thing I noticed. This article does not appear to
be on the mailing list, and the XMPP chat appears to be silent; so, my second
question: is this normal?
