I can see what Charles was saying about the lines....its going to be such a
PITA to 1. Convert DWG to say geojson and 2. Try to make polygons out of
these lines. It would almost be quicker to process the LIDAR and extract
buildings from that....

That map is useful for spotting missing buildings....
