Je viens d'essayer de faire l'import des repères géodésiques et je
n'ai pas bien réussi. J'ai repris le fichier osm que j'avais mis en
ligne sur le wiki. D'après xmllint, il est bien formé. J'ai lancé le
script bulk_upload dessus. Ca a tourné un moment puis ça a planté.

Et maintenant, je fais quoi?
Le changeset est considéré comme (en cours de modification) et il
comporterait 4000 noeuds tout rond (une limitation?).
