For a proposed railway line tag it with railway <http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:railway>=proposed <http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:railway%3Dproposed> and also proposed <http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:proposed>=* where * is the type of railway being proposed (rail, subway,light-rail etc). *An aspiration on the part of an authority or from an advocacy group which is not funded or approved should not be added.* La dernière phrase veut bien dire que tant qu'il n'y a pas eu d'officialisation du projet par les autorités, le tracé n'a pas lieu d'être dans OSM, c'est ça ?
