Encore une fois mot clé OSM ≠ mot anglais access=permissive ≠ mot anglais permissive
Il n'y a rien qui dit que c'est "bicycle=permissive", donc pourquoi le tagguer, vous voulez mettre à défaut les routeurs ? (oui cette argument marche dans les deux sens à partir du moment où vous interpréter le réel) La notion de trottoir se tag avec la clé sidewalk pas avec highway=footway. Et je ne considère pas ça comme un trottoir, perso je tagguerais la zone en highway=pedestrian.
