Well, that was from the horse's mouth. However, that's the same horse that said November 29th :-). And even then it was a hope not a promise. I was only talking about the northern section here - the Station to Trumpington section will probably not be open until next summer. In practice, the cycleway is already starting to be used - there's no barriers and they seem to have given up challenging people. But the cycleway surfacing will definitely close it (and that may not be completed before the buses start running, though they want to try because it makes the job easier).
