Hard to say without knowing what "The Hollies" is exactly, but this is
probably a case that we don't have a good answer for at the moment.
Finally how would you tag something like:
Business Name,
Building Name,
Something Technology Park,
Other thing Road,
Town,
...
name=Business Name
addr:housename=Building Name
and probably:
addr:street=Something Technology Park
assuming that the technology park is actually a road, or collection or
roads, that comes off Other thing Road.
