I'm also not convinced it's a bridge. There is no evidence of any other structure at each end of the handrail. I suspect the small bit of wood is local improvisation on what is basically just a ford.

I'm not convinced most folks would call this a "stream", it's little more than a ditch. But the wiki says both "ditch" and "drain" are man-made, and this looks natural. But there is no natural watercourse tag available smaller than "stream".

n.b. the iD editor is now showing this as an error: "Stream crosses foot path", even though tagged as a ford.
