No. TIGER import had plenty of outright invalid, incorrect and insane data.
This is merely missing not very important part of info.

+1 to that.

Sometimes people forgot just how piss-poor some of the imported TIGER data was.  To be fair, it was a lifetime ago in OSM terms.
