To clarify, I use the USGS imagery for Hillsborough County Florida, and I use it in Merkaartor. I haven't figured out how to get it in JOSM, but I know there's supposed to be a way to do it. As an aside, I wish I could find the source of the Google Maps imagery here in Tampa. It was either taken in 2009 or 2010, and it looks like it was 2010. http://seamless.usgs.gov/products/listofortho.php
