Right now, the main one at https://t.me/OpenStreetMapOrg is slow enough
that it would be possible to use that now; however, if we were to have a
bot handle the slack channel announcements, it'd be best to have it's own
announce-only channel for that, but I'm not really a coder and couldn't
pull that off.
