I am assuming the definition of a Juvenile is that their DOB is after a certain cut-off date (or age if the screen calculates that for them). A script could be watching the registration process, see when the DOB is entered and compare it with the "cut-off date" if it is before the cut-off date (or with the age field if calculated), and the user selects a Juvenile room, the script could prompt the user to say "hey that ain't right", this person is too old for that room!" and prevent them from proceeding, notify someone that they did this, send a shock to their chair via our optional user shock module etc. Regards, Thom Thom C. Our rooms in the new wing can take different types of patients (Med, Sur, ICU, or Juvenile) and we need to verify when someone is registering a patient for a Juvenile room if they are actually juvenile. We are using Magic. Has anyone done this? If so how did you go about this? If not, anyone have any ideas.
