You do not need to be signed into TWC to do this. You can click on Local Channel Line-ups from the main page. . You will then be presented with their channel finder. You will find it pressing the heading command a few times. You can attempt to search for channels by letter, but you will see none. If you try to use the search link, you will need to turn off MSAA, rout the mouse to the search link, and left-click it with the mouse. You can type in such a phrase as ESPN. You will see a message noting that results are displayed, but you will not see the channels listed. Sorry this is so complicated, but the boneheads at Time Warner, I think didn’t do a good job with this.

If you haven’t have you had any luck contacting Time Warner Cable to talk about it? I know you can call, and I’ll try that. I don’t think they’ll understand why I’m having trouble with their webgsite. I can’t E-mail anyone there. This is probably not a Window-Eyes issue, but I thought I’d ask. I am using WE 9.1 with Windows 7 64-bit Pro with all updates. _______________________________________________ Any views or opinions presented in this email are solely those of the author and do not necessarily represent those of Ai Squared.
