OK, do you have an online account?

If you do, let me give you a web site to log into. I understand that part of this URL says DVR, but even if you don't have a DVR box, it still is totally 100% accessible and will let you browse and search the guide. If, however you do! have a DVR box, it will let you program the box totally totally online, and is fan freaking tastic! I use it all the time to schedule DVR recordings etc. and, of corse to browse the guide.

Note, if you don't have a TWC online account user name and password set up, it's pretty easy to do if you call them. In addition, it's totally free to get a My Services account, which is what you'll need for this to work.

Here's the web site. note that there is no www in this address for a reason.

http://mdvr.timewarnercable.com

Give that a try.

Chris.

Subject: Time Warner Cable

Has anyone had any luck using the channel line-up finder. If you haven’t have you had any luck contacting Time Warner Cable to talk about it? I know you can call, and I’ll try that. I don’t think they’ll understand why I’m having trouble with their webgsite. I can’t E-mail anyone there. This is probably not a Window-Eyes issue, but I thought I’d ask. I am using WE 9.1 with Windows 7 64-bit Pro with all updates.
