The answers are no and no respectively. I have found TWC to be stone deaf when 
it comes to accessibility for the blind.

Has anyone had any luck using the channel line-up finder. If you haven’t have 
you had any luck contacting Time Warner Cable to talk about it? I know you can 
call, and I’ll try that. I don’t think they’ll understand why I’m having 
trouble with their webgsite. I can’t E-mail anyone there. This is probably not 
a Window-Eyes issue, but I thought I’d ask. I am using WE 9.1 with Windows 7 
64-bit Pro with all updates.
