Windows-enter will turn it on and Windows-enter will turn it off.

Also if you have a tablet it is Windows-volume up.

Richard,

As mentioned, there are a couple screens that come up that do not have 
Window-Eyes running.  These couple screens will require you to run Narrator.
But all other places the upgrade process will allow Window-Eyes to run and be 
used.
