I would never give up tech support because if you need something you must pay 
by incident unless they have an incident package.

Subject: Opinion on moving from paid version of WE to free version

My last SMA is done, so I'm debating whether to buy a new one or move to the 
free version of WE to upgrade to WE 9.2.  The quality of tech support was a big 
reason I chose Window Eyes originally and that is a big factor for me to 
consider in this switch, but I also want to know if others who made the switch 
think I'm giving up anything else.  I currently use the Dectalk voice in WE and 
do have Kurzweil so I can use that Eloquence voice if I have to.

Opinions?
