I would never give up tech support because if you need something you must pay by incident unless they have an incident package.
-----Original Message----- From: Talk [mailto:talk-bounces+rkurlan=schools.nyc....@lists.window-eyes.com] On Behalf Of Van Lant, Robin via Talk Sent: Wednesday, July 29, 2015 11:29 AM To: Window-Eyes Discussion List Subject: Opinion on moving from paid version of WE to free version My last SMA is done, so I'm debating whether to buy a new one or move to the free version of WE to upgrade to WE 9.2. The quality of tech support was a big reason I chose Window Eyes originally and that is a big factor for me to consider in this switch, but I also want to know if others who made the switch think I'm giving up anything else. I currently use the Dectalk voice in WE and do have Kurzweil so I can use that Eloquence voice if I have to. Opinions?
