I sometimes find it better to call tech support, so I can deal with the person one-on-one. Pam.

I have done the same, ssince in over 25 yers I have never needed tech
support resolve my problem all my tech support has come ffrom the list serve
or from googling for the answers. So I have gone the free route with version
8.4, 9 and now 9.2.  I will continue to go that route as I have both the
text the speech engine that I like ot use and I havea fully working copy of
office 2013 and I do plan on going to office 2016 and windows 10 with a new
computer purchase later this year.
