Hi, Just to be clear, if you get a new PC pre-installed with Windows 10, you'll need a full installer of Window-Eyes 9.2, either from a DVD or a download which the AI Squared staff can provide all owners of the retail version of Window-Eyes, as they did for me. Of course, for the users of Window-Eyes for Office, this would be available on:
