Hey, Chris.

It looks like you're stuck with the choice of either 9.0 or 9.2 anyway, so
why not try a pristine install of 9.0 and then 9.2 on top of that? Disable
all malware and anti virus programs first.

Maybe you missed my first email on this subject.  At this moment I am 
currently running Window-eyes 9.2 on this Windows 7 64-bit system.  It 
is unstable.  The machine locks up for no particular reason...in fact 
others have reported the issue too. I am not the only one who is having 
the issue.  I thought about downgrading to     Window-eyes 9.1, but I do 
not currently have an upgrade file available to me.
I could certainly go back to 9.0 but I don't like being 3 versions 
behind.  This will definitely teach me to keep a backup of the upgrade 
files.
