Hi Tom, Your welcome for the resources I have offered you. As for the link issue, actually, the truth is that Microsoft's native mail server analyzes all URLs and allows through the ones it has validated. It only breaks URLs that it cannot validate. Your DropBox URL could not be validated since it pointed to a file in your DropBox which could have been a virus. First, the large majority of links within my Outlook emails appear as link I can actually click on. Your DropBox link appeared as a broken link which I could not even tab to in order to click on it. Second, Microsoft has implemented its own weapon against widespread virus dissemination, and this is a good thing.
