Yes, Rod, a call to Microsoft Accessibility should be free because of the 800-number. However, there are countries that DO NOT have TOLL-FREE numbers. In that wise, I'm not even sure if their calls would get through unless something else has changed. I think there shouldn't be any problems with calls originating from the U.K., Australia the Caribbeans, and parts of Mexico. Sorry, I excluded Canada because the phone system there is pretty much the same with that of the United States.
