Pam,
The problem is with Internet Explorer. Support for it ended a long time
ago. So it is a security risk. And as web sites are updated they remove
support for it.
I finally had to give in and give up on it. I switched to Google chrome
and it works fine for the most part.

Joan, you didn't mess up regarding Window-Eyes list. The list is NOT
ALWAYS
ACTIVE. There are occasional posts now and then.
All that aside, many of us are diehards here, not quite ready to completely
