Hi Thomas,
My email is thunderbird. It has always worked on my win10 computer
until the other day. As I stated, sometimes, I can use the ctrl-shift-w
command and the portion of the screen that is visible will, but I can
not read any further. Also, If I find a link, I can click on it, but
there is no speech saying what the link is for. I have a feeling that
the problem has something to do with the video output as I heard the pc
say something about making changes to the video and it shut down. I
have not been prompted with any other otice.
