Hi all,

At the 2010 Where meeting I promised and largely failed to deliver a
prospectus (until a couple months later) for OpenGeo taking a lead
role in the reboot effort. In the end I did prepare a short document,
but I am hampered by not knowing what the audience I am writing for
is. So as it stands it's very simple, but the core idea is to start
with a shared and reviewed specification and then implement it in as
simple a way as possible.

Apologies to Chris if I've in any way misrepresented his initial OAM
work in the historical review. In the meanwhile, here's hoping things
cook along on their own :) If anyone has an audience that needs a
specific pitch tailored to them, let me know.
